The culture of an organization is reflective of an organization’s overall identity.  It tells a story about the leadership, priorities, values and methods of an organization as well as its ability to incorporate diversity and inclusiveness. Over time, organizational cultures can sometimes become stagnant and fixated, not allowing for the evolution that may be needed for an organization to better address the product, market, customer, or structural needs of the time.
